Our Story
Puente Bilingual Services was created to bridge the gap between complex systems and the people who need help navigating them.
Many families struggle with online forms, registrations, appointments, and digital processes, not because they lack intelligence, but because these systems were not designed with them in mind.
I was a first-generation student myself, and I know firsthand what it feels like to face these systems without a guide. That experience, not a degree, is what I bring to every family — along with patient, bilingual support, delivered in person throughout the Austin metro area.
My role is simple: To be the trusted advisor, the organized guide, and the steady support when things feel overwhelming.
